Volunteers and chaperones must complete a Volunteer Application through our district website. Click here for the application. Applications can take a minimum of 48 hours to be approved.
Once you have completed the form and received an email stating that you have been approved, Contact Merrilyn Perritt (School Secretary) by email (mperritt@horrycountyschools.net). You will then be notified when your badge is ready for pickup.
Please contact your student's teacher or the front office for more information regarding field trips and chaperoning at Lakewood.
